Terri, President & Organizational Development Consultant – Terri is the founder and President of Inspired Training Institute since 2003.

Terri offers a unique blend of perceptivity and momentum to organizational design consultation where she works with executive teams to align strategy, business processes, and structure; the observable results are optimized organizational design allowing companies to most efficiently and effectively achieve excellence.

Terri also specializes in customized interventions with executive teams where she helps seasoned professionals define and clarify shared purpose and vision.  Additionally, Terri is an accomplished trainer, speaker, and instructional designer, having had the honor of being referred to as a “master” of her craft.

Terri has over 16 years of experience as a training and organizational development resource, including roles with John Deere, Humana Inc., Schneider National Inc., and Faith Technologies Inc.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior. She is certified in the Information Mapping method of design and documentation, certified and extensively experienced as an MBTI® practitioner, and certified as an adult literacy instructor by Laubach Literacy International.

Jill, Designer – In addition to designing cutting-edge, customized content for our workshops, Jill serves as Director of Learning and Development at Faith Technologies, Inc.

Jill has over a decade of technical writing and instructional design experience through positions within training and development at American Medical Security and Shopko Stores Inc., which have allowed her to perfect her communication and design skills to create meaningful learning experiences for our valued clients.

Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communication with an emphasis in Business. She is also certified in the Information Mapping method of design and documentation and as an MBTI® practitioner and is working toward her Learning Services Master Trainer certification.

Kristi, Facilitator and Designer – In addition to being an adjunct facilitator and designer for Inspired Training Institute, Kristi is the Director of Employee Engagement at Home Instead Senior Care.  She also works on instructional design and organizational development projects for academic institutions.  Kristi has held Training and Organizational Development roles with Schneider National and Wisconsin Film & Bag.

Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior. She is certified in the Information Mapping method of design and documentation and certified as an experienced MBTI® practitioner.
