Introducing Our First Executive Cohort: Faith-Integrated Leadership for Purpose-Driven Executives
At Inspired Training, we’re excited to introduce something new—and deeply needed. This fall, we’re launching our inaugural Executive Development Cohort, and we’re beginning with a focus close to our hearts: Faith-Integrated Leadership.
In an era of rapid change, ethical ambiguity, and increasing isolation, leaders are seeking more than just performance metrics. This offering was born from conversations with leaders who are asking bigger questions—about meaning, purpose, and values. Some leaders have shared with us that they feel alone in their faith at work, navigating workplace etiquette that may not welcome open discussion of spirituality. Yet they long for connection, clarity, and a space to explore how faith can inform their leadership in meaningful, appropriate ways.
This new Faith-Integrated Leadership cohort is designed to meet that need.
How it Works
A select group of 4–12 leaders will gather monthly, supported by expert facilitation, guest contributors, and curated experiences. Together, we will:
Learn from each other and seasoned executive coaches via in-depth guided development
Engage in reflective, thought-provoking discussions about values, decisions, and dilemmas in a trusted space
Explore how faith, in its many forms, can be a source of clarity and courage
Build a lifelong peer network rooted in trust and shared growth
Each cohort member will come from a different organization and industry, fostering a dynamic and confidential learning environment.
What Makes This Cohort Different
This isn’t about religion in the workplace; it’s about exploring faith as a personal compass for leadership. We’ve heard from executives who feel quiet tension—deeply rooted in faith, yet unsure how to lead from that place in cultures that often prioritize image over integrity. They wonder, is there a place to bring my whole self to the leadership table? This cohort says yes.
